Sharpened for Service
“As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.” — Proverbs 27:17 This week, Damon Morgan, Jr. brought us to Proverbs 27:17 to look at how God shapes His people. The friction we feel — through other people, through hard seasons, through correction — isn’t God punishing us. It’s God preparing us. Sharpening only happens through contact, and God uses the people and experiences around us to get us ready for the work He has for us.
